"Belle maison qui manque malheureusement d’entretien, de propreté et d’équipement"

Résidence calme à 30 min en voiture de la place Jema El fna.

Réservation pour 9 : 4 fourchettes, 5 couteaux, pas d’ustensiles de cuisine ( casseroles, égouttoir… ). Plusieurs prises ne fonctionnaient pas, la télé ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Joint carrelage de la douche pas étanche salle de bain inondée à chaque douche. 2 cafards retrouvés pendant notre séjour. Espace sale. Pas de serviettes de douche et de piscine en nombre comme indiqué par l’hôte. Mobilier de jardin cassé. 2 transats pour 9. Une dalle de rebord de piscine cassée, tombée dans l’eau pendant que nous y étions. Pas d’équipement pour faire le ménage à notre disposition.

Spacious property.Good location.

Poor communication by the owner. Sent email about arrival time but no response. Stood in the cold for 20-30 minutes waiting for the keys. only one staff member available who doesn’t speak English. Pool does not have warm water option so it’s just a show piece.
