"Perfekte Unterkunft zur Erkundung von Nordwest- und Südwestandalusien"

Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal für uns. Es ist ruhig im Haus und in der Umgebung, so dass man sich vom Trubel Sevillas erholen kann. Da die Parksituation in Sevilla umständlich ist, haben wir den Bus genutzt, um in die Stadt zu fahren. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt und man kann ohne Umsteigen zum Busbahnhof in Sevilla durchfahren. Der Vermieter, Tomás, ist sehr freundlich und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden persönlich von ihm begrüßt und haben ein Willkommensgeschenk in Form von Wein und Gebäck bekommen. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und es ist alles sehr sauber. Der riesige Balkon ist spektakulär und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und man findet auch in der Umgebung gut einen Parkplatz. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch gut für Ausflüge in andere Städte wie Jerez de la Frontera oder Cadiz, da man schnell auf der Autobahn ist. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Danke für alles Tomás. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Disfrutamos enormemente la extensa terraza, y valoramos mucho la tranquilidad del entorno. El propietario nos atendió muy amablemente. La casa estaba completa de servicios, menaje de cocina, baño y todo.

"Estadia tranquila e confortável"

O imóvel é muito confortável, limpo, de aspecto novo e dotado uma cozinha completa. Possui uma larga varanda, de cobertura removível, que permite permanecer ao ar livre com vista para a região. Os 2 banheiros possuem água quente e fria, duchas higiênicas e toahas grandes. O anfitrião Tomás, na minha chegada, aguardava-me para apresentar o imóvel e seus recursos, indicar a garagem coberta, sugerir opções turísticas e gastronômicas. Finalizou presenteando-me com uma garrafa de vinho e doces locais, mostrando-se muito atencioso.
