Single room in shared flat Valley Hill, Loughton

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Both check-in and check-out were seamless and uncomplicated. The owner was fantastic and went above and beyond to be helpful. I can 100% recommend staying here and would definitely return!

I really appreciated being welcomed into the host's home and having a lovely prepared room. They were friendly and provided me with all the necessary information, keeping me up to date throughout. The place had all the facilities needed for a short stay, the bed was comfortable, and the location was really convenient for my needs. I also really appreciated the parking space right out front! I had my own keys, so I could come and go as I pleased. Would gladly stay here again when I'm in the area.

Good location and very clean

The house was clean and the host was very friendly .The room was tiny and the bed was small and not comfortable ended up having back pains .I prefer shower in the morning unfortunately was no hot water from the shower ended up using bath tub .The location was great with free parking.Overall because of the bed i won’t stay there again.

The house and room was very clean I think it was value for money close to the station and high street. Melissa was very friendly and polite and made you welcome to her home.
