Il Cavallino, sul lago Ceresio

L'hébergement est très bien agencé, très propre et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, voire plus. Les hôtes Laura et Michele sont charmants, très réactifs et serviables et nous gratifient en plus de quelques tomates de leur jardin, à l'arrivée et au cours du séjour, que demander de plus ? Très belle région au demeurant et les italiens toujours très accueillants... 😉

The property was very clean and the owner gave us all the stuff we needed.

The neighbours were a bit noise.

The apartment was directly facing the beautiful Lago di Lugano: sunsets and sunrises are great to observe from the open terrace! There was enough room for a family of 4, the beds were very comfortable, all the amenities worked as supposed, there was plenty of kitchenware and more importantly - basic cooking must-haves such as salt, sugar, oil. Also, the hosts generously provided some food that was very appreciated as one can miss dropping by groceries store when arriving late. Since all the roads in the mountaneous regions go through lake shores, the apartment is directly connected to the many small towns around the lake and all of the Italian-speaking Switzerland if you travel by car. The hosts - Laura und Michele - were very nice and thoughtful people and we felt their care also in sturdy umbrellas they left in the apartment because it was supposed to rain the next day or in their suggestions of great places to visit nearby.

There was nothing - all was great!

It was surprisingly great and in good condition. Red Ferrari style was giving a unique touch. We stayed one night and it was good for this purposes.

Apartment is located in a frontline of the lake and road is between, so it’s obvious that there will be noise. If you close all windows it will block well the noise.
