First time renting a house on a vacation. First time to California. Took our grandson for the first time. He loved the house. We tour LA. 2 days at Disneyland Warren Brothers Studios and family time. Everyone had a great time.

The house was in a beautiful area. The inside of the home was very clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed staying here better than staying at a luxury hotel.

Nice back yard with lots of places to sit in or out of sun. Very well equipped inside.

Some seasonal startup challenges. The pool isn’t heated but warmed up a bit with a few nice days.

"It is a waste of money, not worth the price"

It was easy to go to downtown Disney and Los Angeles from there. The house has all amenities as promised although the jacuzzi was dirty.

The rooms were smaller than expected to start with. Everything was breaking down as soon as we arrived. The trash bins were full and smelly, the bulbs exploded, the fan broke down and might have set fire to the bedroom, the tv remote were displaced around the house, the shower was clogged, etc The worst is that I had to put the host on threat to leave and get a full refund before they started acting on it.
