The location was excellent. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed. The WiFi did not work when we arrived and a staff member from Sur Suites came to sort it. Sur suites staff were very helpful.

The bed was small and not that comfortable. It felt like a pull out bed. The staff at reception downstairs did not want anything to do with us when we had any query.
