Please inform Nelson City Centre Apartment 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For bookings over 28 nights, where the stay is not for holiday purposes a residential tenancy agreement may be required under New Zealand law. Accordingly, the terms and conditions of the booking may need to be altered A deposit may be required at the property.
