The view

It’s a bit noisy inside. You can hear the people in the other room of the apartment

The apartment is new (in 2026) and clean! The layout is very efficient so it feels bigger than its actual footage. We also like the location it's only one block from the ocean, but 1B got partial ocean view and we just walked one block then you're right on the Zurriola beach. It's not the La Concha beach but you can walk there and the old town for pintxos crawls in 15 minutes. The walk is really pleasant since it's mostly on the promonade along the beach. There're also many coffees and restaurants and supermarkets downstairs so it's super convenient. We highly recommend this.

Zurriola is not la Concha but much less touristy.

Ubicación, limpieza, decoración

El apartamento no tenia ningún tipo de servició básico o detalle para los clientes como unas capsulas de café, algo de desayuno, algo para beber…no habia ni azúcar. La nevera estaba vacia. Un apartamento de esa calidad y precio debia tener esos pequeños detalles que alegran la estancia al viajero. Es verdad que el dueño cuando le dijimos si teniamos cade nos contesto amablemente que al lado teniamos un DIA.

El departamento es muy cómodo y espacioso. Todo limpio y bien cuidado. Las fotos se corresponden muy bien! Muy bien ubicado. Fácil acceso con el sistema de llaves!
