Front door ! All the entry codes worked fine but front door sticks. We panicked ;!! It needed brute force to push it open I couldn't do it, fortunately my husband could. Shower room great.. but needs a shelf for toiletries .. easily fixed but would make a big difference.

NZThe apartment was comfortable and well positioned to access restaurants and bars. It was easy to find and to leave the city. We were all comfortable and everything was clean and tidy.
There was no air conditioning that we could find on a very hot and stuffy evening. I think it is poor form in this day and age not to provide some method of making a decent cup of coffee……sachets of instant isn’t luxury!

GBVery clean and modern apartment with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The host was very responsive. Great amenities including a washing machine, dryer, toiletries, and a dedicated parking slot. Excellent location within walking distance to Cheltenham High Road.

GBGreat location, a quiet road. A secure parking space. Comfy beds and a large family bathroom. Clean. I feel that you need to address the minor points below to list this as a luxury property 👍
Ensuite sink / area too small for use and no where for toiletries so a bit cramped. Ensuite door just a sliding lightweight door- not really private. No dishwasher tablets - but did have my own. No washing up liquid or fresh cloth/scourer - just one used one. ( I bought some). Front door was very stiff and a large spiders web above it inside. Had to add a pillow as only slim ones- others in wardrobe though. 👍
GBA really lovely property, really clean and with super facilities. The information from host about parking etc was brilliant and they answered our questions promptly and were so helpful- would definitely stay again. The apartment was nicely designed with lovely touches and a perfect place for friends to meet and spend time together.
