I like the simplicity of the unit .. minimalist concept leaving the place very organized and luag kaayo sa paminaw not congested .. the basic items to make living comfortable and convenient. Congrats to the unit owner for providing ample supply of toiletries, liquid soap, hand soap and even liquid dishwashing soap with matching sponge 🥰 I love the unit owner and her staff they are very accommodating qnd solicitous. I will surely recommend her to others.

There was just a minor problem with the previous unit occupants who were I think irresponsible because they left the place with a slight stinky smell (perhaps they were eating bagoong?) ... But ultimately the stinky smell got diffused and was no more

Apartment was clean, easy to find and walkable to some cafes. Pool is clean. Kids loved it.

The place is very clean. Close from center but still very quiet. Nice swimming pool. Very securised. Perfect for a stay in Dumaguete.

If it's mandatory to say something negative i would maybe say it's perhaps a little bit small. But still very ok
