Good location, good price. Host had good communication. The beds were all right, and clean. I liked the unique design of the shower, also very comfy for 2 people. It's in a relatively quiet residential area, we had no problem with the noise. The washing machine does work and it came very handy. Also, there is enough cooking equipment in the kitchen and the fridge is perfect.

But some equipment in the apartment is worn down, and that caused us some inconveniences. The AC socket in the kitchen is falling out of the wall... There was no hot water in the kitchen, and barely any water coming from the bathroom sink.The drain of the kitchen sink is almost fully clogged and was leaking within the cabinet. We had to put a bucket under it. There was also an unpleasant smell present in the bathroom occasionally, coming through the gaps of the window facing this small inner courtyard. At a rainy night, one of the bedroom ceilings started leaking water. We used a bucket to catch it. The host should know about this, since water marks were already visible on the ceiling before the event. There is no heating at all, and in January it can get fairly chilly. Don't book if you are a sensitive person. Honestly I wouldn't book it again either, but it wasn't so bad that I wanted to leave. This is a shame, because this apartment could be made much much better with a bit of maintenance and care.

La ubicación es excelente si estás de tránsito por su cercanía al aeropuerto, que fue nuestro caso.

Encontramos una habitación con un problema de filtración de agua del techo que fue notificado al anfitrión que se mostró preocupado en solucionar, pero lo que en verdad fue incómodo fue la cama y almohadas, no son confortables.
