The location is ok.

I asked for a bill I haven’t yet recieved it. The breakfast was not worth the price. My room was looking at the street, so it was noisy.

Zona monti rumorosa, acustica rivedibile perché si sente tutto ciò che accade nei corridoi. Da risistemare l area della colazione, purtroppo molti clienti la lasciano in disordine ed è un peccato.

La porta del bagno era rotta. Ci è stato detto che era stata rotta dalle persone che erano appena andate via ma in realtà era rotta da tempo, come letto in precedenti recensioni. La struttura non dispone di una cucina ma di una sala in cui è possibile fare colazione ma nella quale non c'è neanche un lavandino.

The b&b is in an apartment. 10min walking distance away from the train/bus station. My room was quite large, at the back, facing ugly inner courtyard but i saw some blue sky and could open the window. The bed was nice and i had a good sleep. The room has own bathroom with a funny plastic acordion door. Overall impression was nice, if I would have paid half the price - for how much i paid, I'd expect more & a nicer experience. It was great that I could leave my suitcase there for a day, after check-out to pick up later.

It was a bit difficult to get in late in the evening as there is no reception. I did not receive entering instructions  beforehand so had to make an expensive international call to the owner who then gave instructions. Once you get buzzed in at the front door, the apartment is on the right in the hallway. Next to the door are the key boxes.  The walls are not very thick. The breakfast was basic, esp for a gluten-intolerant person.  Overall, for how much i paid, I'd expect more & a nicer experience. For example, the kitchen walls paint was chipped all across.

La camera piano strada molto rumorosa con infissi assolutamente inadeguati. Segni di umidità nel muro, bagno con necessità di manutenzione, ma soprattutto alla richiesta della colazione alle 7.30 am la signora si è presentata alle 8.00 am perchè pioveva.
