I looked at reviews after I’d booked and saw that the pool was shut. I tried to cancel and but just got a cheeky answer back from Roberto who I gather works for the leasing agency. The pool wasn’t shut. It was non existent. The pool and pool area was a building site and neither could be used and builders were working away on site. The keys had to be picked up 5 miles from the apartment…..again not highlighted. When we did get the keys, we were given the wrong door to go to and had to try all doors to get into the apartment block. Total fiasco. Any request for compensation was ignored. This management company are pretty poor and dishonest

Swimming pool was empty wasnt advised

Didn't have breakfast.

Just one double bed very hard, other one very noisy..not the end of the world.

The location was very convenient, close to beach and shops. The apartment was fairly well equipped but some aspects let it down. Lot's of space and exceptionally clean. Great to have coffee machine, washer, dishwasher, microwave, wi-fi, etc.

The main reason we booked was for the pool. Unfortunately we were not told when booking that the pool would be unavailable for the forseeable future. We requested compensation but didn't even get the promised reply. The terrace canopy was unusable. There was no soap tray in shower to place toiletries whils showering. Bedroom lamps needed sockets rather than being operated by wall switches. Washing machine not level and so continually creeps out from wall space into kitchen area.

Location. It was very close to beach and walking distance to either Vilamoura or Quarteria. It was in a clean residential area and peaceful at night.

Nothing.

The size it’s great on the balcony was great with the swimming pool for us to use

There was hardly any sun lounges around the swimming pool. I’d say about six very broken.
