Great location, good facilities. Clean.

Very little sunlight, the apartment is on the ground floor between the buildings where there’s construction work going on .. you cannot aerate the space.

The apartment is fully renovated, with a style and very comfortable.

The backyard area between the buildings is extremely small and dirty and this makes the place dark inside, never facing the sunlight. Practically, there was no hot water. It was something like 'not cold water'.
