Waterfall Ridge Apartments - Kick back and Relax

Location was good for my purpose.

It was not easy to get the keys. They had a key box outside the flat but they wanted to hand it over in person. The managements asked for my ID for the security reasons which was fine. The last day, I received a message from the management early in the morning to find out what time I was leaving as they wanted to send a cleaning lady in the morning. My check-out time was by 11 on Booking.com so I had to confirm this with the management. The cleaning lady was sitting outside property at around 10am for us to leave.

It is in a safe location and closer to mall which was very convenient to us

The place from the minute you walked into the complex, you could see the cleanness of the place. The rooms were comfortable and well taken care of

The couches were uncomfortable,some days there was no water 😩😩🥱 securities are very rude😔we expected a clean pool unfortunately we never got that,sorry but we're never coming back👌Poor service

Everything was good

The only minor issue was that one of the toilets didn’t have its seat but the other did so it wasn’t anything too inconvenient but overall, a great experience…

Great stuff from host to security 👏, good location, easy check in and out ,the apartment was spotless, comfortable beds ,the bedding and towels were clean. The apartment is comfortable and welcoming. I enjoyed every moment and definitely coming back. ☺️

Nothing i didn't like about the apartment.

There were some cupboards which needed some attention.
