Spacious Family Value Retreat - Pool and Garage

I contacted the host before my arrival about late check out she confirm that it would cost $25 to stay till 1pm and I agreed and asked for payment method and she never respond and day of check out I was to believe that we were checking out at 1pm and host started calling at 10am that I never notify her. She asked us to vacant the property in 30 minutes and I even told her to check our messages that I did confirm and then her cleaning lady showed up and told her we still needed 20 more minutes to finish packing n cleaning and then the host said we left the property extremely messy and not to her standards when we actually rinse all dishes and took out the trash I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY ESPECIALLY THE HOST SHE WOULD NOT COMPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

En general todo, está muy cómodo, las almohadas, excelente ubicación!!

Creo que no funcionaba el extractor del baño, fuera de eso todo muy bien!!

That it was like I was at home but I was missing my dogs back at home. But overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

That the screen door wasn't fixed, the door handle between the master bedroom and the bathroom was coming loose but overall the place was great.

It was clean and comfortable!

Tub and dishes and carpet was aged.

I loved the amenities. Washer/ dryer. Kitchen and tv ready to set up with the streaming services.

It just needs to be serviced with pesticides cause of small roaches. I understand it’s Texas but it could be handled. Also, the dish washer doesn’t do great so it might need maintenance or replacement
