Safety was a primary concern of ours, and we rented here due to the amenities in the listing. The host, Mark, was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. The kids loved the playground and basketball court.

The pool availability is restricted to Monday through Wednesday and closed to guests on holidays, which bummed the kids out as they were looking forward to swimming. We had an issue with the gate security that made us feel very uncomfortable, it was addressed with Mark’s coordination, but it still stands out as a part of the trip. The wife was not pleased with the age of the cooking utensils or rugs at the facility, we also had to replace the microwave while we were there because it died shortly after we arrived (shout out to Mark again for a quick turnaround with the replacement).

Property is good and the location is safe and very quiet. Everything is there washing machine fridge tv games oven and stove rice cooker and desk for working if required.

The rules for the facilities are over the top. The guards are too good at their job. Although after the second day they relaxed more. The swimming pool and gym and games rooms need payment. It was extremely disappointing that our niece and nephews were not allowed to swim. There was no one else in the pool at the time. The price for the place was on the high side of high. Then adding two extra guest pushed it into ‘I would not have booked if I had known that’ range. Make sure no one washes the dishes while in the shower. It won’t be fun.

The location is close to groceries and a short drive to shopping malls and main road. The building has a lift. Unit is spacious and has a 2nd bedroom. The shower has a hot water. It has basic amenities except for washing machine.

Washing machine is not allowed to be used. You have to pay to use the pool and parking.
