Everything was perfect location, appartement, amnities and staff. Spacious appartemnt, new furniture, central location in Juderia (old town). Host was very helpfull.

A little cold and had some odour when we entered, but it was quickly solved by turning on the AC and opening the door :)

stairs with kids were a challenge

This T3 apartment is located in the heart of the old city of Cordoba. Two bedrooms face a busy street with cafes and restaurants, the third bedroom with 3 single beds is more quiet. The furniture is quite outdated, the kitchen has only 1 knife and no cutting boards, there is a very worn-out Italian moka pot, but no coffee (and no sugar, salt and oil). A small investment could solve these problems. Check-in was easy - a host was a bit late, so we've got a door code + a code for a key safe via WhatsApp.

It was very cold inside in November, there was just 1 small oil radiator available. It would be great to have 2-3 large oil radiators in the winter (we don't use airco for heating as this doesn't really work + not very friendly for the environment).

According to Booking, check in time starts at 12pm, so we got a train planning to arrive around that time. After I confirmed online that we would arrive at 12, I was notified via whatsapp that the previous guests were leaving at 11:30, so the apartment might not be ready on time but we could leave the luggage, and asked that we let them know 20 minutes in advance of our arrival. We planned our morning and waited until 12:10 to give them some time, notified them that we would be arriving in 20 minutes (12:30) and there was nobody at the door. They sent us a code to enter the building and there were no keys in the box (probably the previous guests’ fault). After contacting them again, the cleaning lady opened the door for us to leave the luggage and I received a (not very welcoming) phone call telling us that we couldn’t enter the apartment because it was not ready yet (which was evident given the state of the place). They said that it would take them a couple of hours to finish cleaning the flat and they would call us when it was ready. In summary: it would be advisable to change the check-in time on Booking to avoid the inconveniences for everyone involved. Also, I think the call to tell us that we couldn’t stay was quite rude and unnecessary.

Spacious rooms, bath room and the bed mattress very comfortable. In the middle of the Jewish quarter which is 5 mins walk from the mosque and other sights.

It's not minus points, just some notes for people to be aware. You can not access with a vehicle to unload luggage as it's in the heart of the Jewish quarter which visitors cannot access by car. Only if you take a taxi. But if you pack light it's not a minus point as the setting of the apartment is perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we come back. No elevator so you clime 2 floors, good for exercises.
