Easy to find and nice room on 3rd floor for double bed. Shared bathroom with another room only.  With kitchen, gas stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and fridge, etc. with AV. You need it for ventilation as you won't open the window next to the common area.   15 mins walk from train station. In the center of Madina.

Need regular clean blanket though clean bed sheet change for every guest n

Very chill house and people, you'll staying in a family home so don't expect it to be a hotel who caters to your every needs. But they are very sweet people, in a great location and comfortable room and amenities.

Staff reception and communication, behavior is average, not easy to find the location, I don't think it worth the value anyway, could not sleep comfortably as the room has an open window to the hall , well .. an open window .. weird isn't it

Súper bien ubicado, en una calle céntrica de la Medina pero a la vez tranquila. La cama cómoda y grande. Aire acondicionado en la habitación. Es una casa muy grande y tradicional. Las habitaciones se encuentran en la planta superior.

El baño podría estar más limpio y darle una renovación en general a las habitaciones.

Friendly and very helpful hosts, beautiful riad right in the medina but easy enough to get to with luggage. Large room and aircon worked well

This is a good option in the center of the Rabat medina, and I like the fact that it's more like a homestay than a hotel or even a typical riad; the hosts live on the lower floors of the building. The facility checked my three major boxes: air conditioning (room only), hot water, and WIFI. They also have some incredibly cute (but shy) cats.

I wish they had a sign outside, but I say this about virtually all Moroccan riads! I wonder if locals think signs take away from the natural beauty of a door/facade?
