"Would Have Been a 10 if Not for the Shower"

Location was great and apartment was very spacious and clean
The shower is awful. Its either burning hot or ice cold. After about 5 minutes of this i gave up and ended not being able to shower. If it wasnt for this I probably would have given a 10. The beds are very soft and I personally prefer a firmer mattress. Think they should change the matress to a medium matress to try cater for all.

The place was converted from an attic. Small but has the necessary stuff.
There is only one bathroom upstairs in the twin beds room, and another one downstairs, which was freezing cold. The shower in the tiny downstairs bathroom did not work either, being either too hot or icy cold. We had to give up taking showers during our stay to avoid injury or illness. In the evening, the bedroom was extremely cold, and we couldn't sleep at all because the duvets were not warm enough. Additionally, the duvet and pillows smelled of sweat rather than a fresh scent. We bumped our heads twice against the wall because of the shape of the attic ceiling. We also found the place lacked maintenance, with the wallpaper hanging off and a mouldy bathroom.
