La struttura pulita e arredata bene ma usare una cucina in comune è impossibile per via di certi ospiti che pensando di essere proprietari si impossessano di tutto. Unica nota positiva è la posizione vicino al centro e al lungomare

Il letto singolo troppo piccolo per un adulto adatto ad un bambino, la doccia là si può fare solo una persona alla volta per via della quantità esigua di acqua scaldata dal boiler elettrico, il vociare continuo degli altri ospiti con porte sbattute ad ogni ora e il rumore degli operai pure di mattina presto dato che stanno facendo dei lavori di restauro nel palazzo accanto

Есть стиральная машинка, холодильник,варочная поверхность на кухне. По просьбе принесли утюг.

Адрес на карте указан неверно. Гугл мапс привели не туда, еле нашлись. Хозяева должны знать об этом и заранее предупреждать, чтоб с чемоданами не блукать по городу.
