The location was amazing. The staff is very nice and kind but the apartment the bed and the mattress it’s very bad we cannot sleep. We have a pain in our back. I buy like a stuff to put it in the bed so it come fluffy because the mattress is not good.

The bed and the mattress it’s really bad. We get a back pain. We buy something to put it on the bed so we can sleep to be fluffy because we cannot sleep the sofa. It’s not good.

Great location—easy walk to the beach and port, and really simple to get around by car. The apartment was spacious, the pool was lovely, and having a parking spot was a big bonus. Marie from Banus Rentals was amazing—super helpful and made everything really easy!

The beds were really uncomfortable, but we’ve found that’s quite common in the area. It didn't take away from our stay! The apartment didn’t have many TV channels, but thankfully, there was a cartoon channel we could switch to English.

Location was just what we wanted

Upon arrival on the 6/5/25 we found out by a sign on the swimming pool gate that it was shut until the 9/5/25 which then got changed to being completely shut during our stay. On the Tuesday evening upon arrival we informed Banus rentals that one of our showers was broken , someone was sent out the next day and not only left the shower out of use but the toilet and sinks as well !! we informed the staff who sent out some one to rectify this on the 8/5/25 .Toilet and sinks back working but shower not fixed until 10/5/25 pm !!! NO apologies given and no offer of compensation even mentioned , which we think would at least be a reasonable out come. Hopefully this will be forthcoming .
