Lake Hotel Sóc Sơn

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, spacious and quiet.

There wasn't much to do in the local area but it was nice to relax.

The property was very quiet and had an old luxury feeling to it. The old luxury charm was the reason I choose this place and glad I was able to experience it. This is not a strike against the hotel but it worth mentioning so other guest are not caught of guard. I really enjoyed staying here and thought it was great because it was near the airport. However because it’s tucked away from main roads it was very difficult getting a grab to take me to airport at 4am it took me trying at least 5 times before going downstairs for help and the young lady offered to call taxi but paying only with cash. So just be mindful of this if you have an early morning flight like I did. Again this does not take away from the hotel but worth knowing…

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was close to the airport for a cheap one night stay.

The sheets were obviously not changed as we found head hair and body hair underneath the first layer of sheets and the pillows.

Lovely clean hotel room, staff were super sweet and price was incredible for what you got. Only stayed one night but would definitely return in future :)
