Power cuts, poor internet connection and bathroom drain smell

Affordable Price: The hotel offers excellent value for the price, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers. Beautifully Decorated Room: The room was visually appealing with tasteful decor, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Comfortable Bed: The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Helpful Staff: Hà, was incredibly accommodating and friendly, despite limited English proficiency. She went out of her way to assist with all requests. The other reception not so much. (Hà told me price during the day for airport shuttle was 130k but the other receptionist asked 140k) Scenic Surroundings: The area around the lake is beautiful, adding charm to the hotel’s setting despite the presence of nearby cemeteries. Satisfactory Breakfast for Price: The included breakfast, consisting of toast and fried eggs, was basic but acceptable given the hotel’s affordability.

Unclean Rooms: The rooms were not clean enough, with noticeable dust everywhere, including behind the bed mattress. The overall cleanliness was disappointing for a 3* hotel, cleaning staff should take care more and they didn't even refill coffee a d tea we had in room. Dirty Kitchen Dishes: The staff claimed the kitchen dinnerware and flatware were cleaned, but they were still dirty, requiring guests to clean them again before use. The receptionist told us(Not Hà) she will clean but when we saw the state of the dinnerware and flatware,we had to clean again. Unpleasant Odors: The room had a lingering cigarette smell upon arrival. Opening the windows and using the fan helped slightly, but the towels and blankets also had an unpleasant odor that persisted despite requesting additional cleaning. Lack of Mini Fridges: The rooms lacked mini fridges, which could inconvenience guests wanting to store food or drinks.There is only a shared fridge down in the shared kitchen. Limited Breakfast Variety: The breakfast was basic, offering only toast and fried egg, which may not satisfy guests expecting more variety. Distance from Hanoi and Airport: The hotel is farther from both Hanoi city center and the airport than expected, which may inconvenience guests planning to explore the city or needing quick airport access. Transportation Challenges: Securing a Grab ride can be difficult due to the hotel’s location. Guests may need to rely on the hotel staff to arrange transportation, which could be inconvenient. Language Barrier: The staff only communication is via translate app on their phones..
