We were in q beatiful apartment with all the amenities.

Everything was great

Unfortunately, this place was so bad we couldn't even stay there. We thought (based on the pictures) we were going to be in a certain unit, but that was not the case. There were very sketchy people in that unit that kept coming outside and looking at us every time we pulled up or walked outsude. There was no dead bolt on the door. The owner kept sending messages about how we needed to lock the door, even though we had, so I'm left to assume the lock wasn't working properly. In the end we stayed elsewhere because we simply didn't feel safe.

I asked the owner to refund even a portion of my money. Up until this point, she was very responsive, but after this I never heard another peep out of her.

Close to everything. Easy check in/out.

Everything was organized and clean.

The location was good. Furniture needs to be updated “sofa”. It was cozy, but needed updates.

From pictures you think you have an outside place to sit and enjoy, but you don’t., that’s next door. Deceiving! The kitchenette was not adequate. There was 1 plug socked that the coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator needed to be plugged into. The grass was not cut until the day we left. No iron but an ironing board. We were there for a church convention and had to limit what we wore due to not being able to iron our clothes. That was inconvenient. The water was cold for showering, wasn’t bad on a extremely hot day.

All very good.
