Property Notes

If you are wanting to use the club house on site, including the swimming pools, you will need to purchase a Tattershall Lakes Entertainment pass prior to arriving. The cost per booking (not per person) is £130 for a 2-6 night stay in peak times and £80 off peak. Bank Holidays pass prices and special events £194 for 2-6 nights. The pass prices for 7-9 nights will be confirmed on request. You do not need an entertainment pass for jet ski rides or on site beautician. Please contact me for more info.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Good location, nice hot tub and good views over the lake. Comfortable mattresses.

Several maintenance issues which we had to report which impacted on our holiday. I imagine these had not been previously reported. The covers on the sofa and the dining chairs took away the shine a little. Cleanliness questionable. Found hair clips from previous guests in the middle of the lounge floor, and small toys under the sofas. Requested to strip beds on departure, not a problem, but on doing so it appeared that the mattress cover itself had not been changed in a while, with dubious looking white stains in the middle of it.

The lodge was in a brilliant location and the owners were so helpful getting back to us to help with any queries we had.

That you need to pay for passes to use certain parts of the site .

The location is perfect, the lodge is right on the wayets edge and far enough away from the main more crowded areas so was lovely and quiet. The standard of accommodation was very high. Everything looked bramd new and comfort was amazing. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. The hot tub is a lovely touch, and was well used. The owners were really patient of my many questions which I was grateful for and oir dog was welcomed. The kids are already begging us to go back!!

The only thing that we did find to be a problem was that the children were unable to watch DVDs of an evening because there were no controls for the console but that just meant they had to speak to us which was a nice change haha

"5 night stay fabulous"

The decor was beautiful, spacious and lots of games, xbox etc. Everything worked fine and was super clean. View was exceptional, especially mornings and evenings. Hot tub was warm and clean worked great and easy to use. Great to see different jets going past in day in the week especially if u love planes. Comfy beds, lovely showers and tea and coffee etc and cleaning materials left for us. Hosts sent great details in advance and we're very helpful couldn't ask for more. If anyone has booked this they would not be disappointed.
