You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. From 20:00 to 23:00: 30 EUR From 23:00 onwards: 50 EUR Once a check-in time has beeen agreed, there is 1-hour courtesy waiting time in case of any possible delays. If there are changes in the schedule and it is not notified sufficiently in advance, an additional charge will be charged for each 15-minute delay in arrival of the guests. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Amazing location! The apartment was very nice and well equipped, providing everything we needed. Our host was really nice, welcoming and helpful. Even though the neighborhood is lively but cool and safe. Surprisingly, the building was really peaceful and quiet.

"Great location but small, at least for our situation."

Central location, close to Metro. Comfortable beds. Felt secure. Very friendly and nice host. Great restaurant nearby.

Very small and cramped. Hard to move around with four people and suitcases.

The perfect location for a stay in Madrid. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops very close - the „to-be-area“ of Madrid. Oscar and Vanessa, the owners, amazingly friendly and helpful! Parking space very close and with the corresponding app price per day parking is really ok (aparcamiento Barcelo). Metro station very close and just 20min walk to Puerta del sol.

It‘s „interior“: meaning it‘s really quiet, a luxury in the area. But if you plan to stay longer that means as well that there is no view to enjoy.
