The location was brilliant for Heathrow Airport, free parking, wifi, tea and coffee etc Dan couldn't do enough to help , great customer service

The room was clean and warm, the host was extremely helpful, directing me to the correct railway line,gave me warm milk for my coffee and some traditional sweets.

The shops were too far away,only because im not used to walking 😂
