In general, everything is very neglected, damaged and dirty. The entrance gate can barely open because it was blocked by a mountain of rubbish. After entering, you can smell dampnes. The insides of the kitchen cabinets are full of condensed water, the backs of the cabinets are completely covered in mold and mildew. The ceiling in the living room is full of yellow water stains. The heating and hot water sometimes work and sometimes don't. On Saturday, while we were away, someone came in to replace the silicone in the bathroom. First of all, no one informed us about this in advance. Secondly, they left a mess in the bathroom and turned off the water valve completely. The service team was supposed to call me back but I didn't get a call. I definitely don't recommend it !!! £200 deposit for something like that its a joke. I don't recommend renting this very modern apartment

Easy to find and get in. Comfortable seating area. Heating on constant.

Beds were quite low to the ground. No instructions or welcome information. Some basic kitchen equipment no there, eg tin opener. Outside bins full to brim.

Utterly disgusted by the communication and state of the property. This property should be taken out of listing. No likeness of the add found when we checked in. Security deposit taken by force just before entering the property, without any pre communication.

Bad smell in living room, files in kitchen and toilet. Brocken bed, no blind in bedrooms. Carpet is disgusting, entrance is s tip. No hot water. Not a safe place, poor WiFi. They must put some effort to earn money from this property. They manipulated the add picture which is misleading.
