Everything! Very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile! Tea , cake and biscuits are readily available all day and breakfast is excellent.. Very well situated in a quiet, residential street but just minutes away from all the main sights. Perfect!

Nichts

The host was amazingly warm, kind and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and with everything we needed. Bathroom with shower was modern and spotlessly clean with eco friendly shower gel/shampoo, which was a nice touch. Included in price breakfast was beyond anything we could imagine! Second day (after finding out we are vegetarian) Francesca prepared local speciality without meat in it. Location is fantastic - very close to train station and most tourist attractions.

Genuinely there was nothing that missed the mark.

The breakfast was exceptional, the room was comfortable and clean, and the hosts were lovely. Arriving and checking in were super easy. It's incredibly convenient for both the train station and the historic center. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was a little small, but not cramped at all, just compact. And I would prefer a softer mattress, but we still slept well.

Buena ubicación, habitación cómoda y espaciosa, desayuno de mucha calidad y una gran atención por parte de Francesca y su equipo. Absolutamente recomendable.

camera ben arredata, letti comodi e confortevoli. tutto funzionante ed esteticamente curato l'host Francesca è una persona squisita: oltre ad una ricca e gustosa colazione ha anche preparato un paio di panini per nostra figlia da portarci dietro come pranzo/spuntino. infine, per completare il tutto, ci ha rispedito il laptop dimenticato in struttura. superlativa!

La colazione era molto buona e Francesca ci ha fatto provare prodotti tipici. La stanza era comoda e pulita e la posizione era buona in 15 minuti si arrivava in centro.

Mancava un po' di assortimento per quanto riguarda i prodotti per farsi la doccia

hotel a 10 min dalle principali attrazioni ravennate, pulizia e colazione eccezionale. Francesca é stata gentilissima e simpaticissima, abbiamo parlato durante la colazione ed é stato molto piacevole.

Fabulous accommodation near the centre of Ravenna. It was perfect for our group of family and friends as we all had privacy but could have breakfast together in the morning.
