L'appartamento è inserito in un contesto residenziale coi terrazzamenti.Il parcheggio è sicuro.Pur trovandosi come indicato a 500 metri dalla spiaggia non è fattibile percorrerla a piedi perché è fatta di tornanti ed è molto ripida.Percorrerla sotto il sole cocente poi...diciamo che è solo per professionisti della camminata!Buono il terrazzo e il bagno.Manca manutenzione (porte rotte)e pulizia approfondita: condizionatore pieno di polvere che non ho avuto il coraggio di accendere,stoviglie unte...Pulizia solo superficiale.Abbiamo avuto un problema con la bombola a gas finita della cucina prontamente risolto, seppur ho dovuto anticipare la spesa.La struttura ha del potenziale ma va' curata.
