Although I didn’t have any direct contact with the hosts I found the tone and content of their messages draconian and felt like I was dealing with a school teacher. Even before I arrived I was feeling a “warning” and finger wagging vibe which meant I was already anxious. This was reiterated in the Rule book that they left. Which by the way was an unpleasantly dirty book.

Despite the comprehensive rules of what I was not allowed to do, I couldn’t for the life of me find a wifi code and I felt uncomfortable contacting the host because I couldn’t bear a telling off! So I had no WiFi which did affect me greatly as I’d never been to Anglesey before and had hoped to do my planning from the property. It took me ages to try and work the cooker because the main switch was hidden behind a board. There was no instructions for recycling - or I couldn’t find them in amongst the pages and pages of don’t do this s. It was a hard-work property and not what I needed right now. Also ( this could have been my error but) I would never knowingly book a property with only a shower. I’m don’t do showers and so was gutted there was no bath. I can’t believe I did book a place with no bath, but there wasn’t one. And I don’t know why the hosts asked for extra money to clean up before I arrived. I don’t believe this is allowed under the agreement with booking.com but what could I do?

Ideal location. Cottage interior clean, well equipped and lovely decor.

Disappointed as no Spa bath or bath at all as advertised. Outside area needs some attention, looks uninviting, a shame as the inside is very appealing. Damp smell in bedroom/ bathroom area. I’m sure if all the interior doors were left open in between lets and an air freshener this would improve.

Only thing I can say is there could have been a bit of milk For a drink in the morning.

Facilities were very good could use an air fryer tbh

Needs a shower mat very slippy in there, Needs two door knobs on toilet door apart from that no complaints whatsoever

The property is nice and cosy with everything you could need. It’s in a great location. We were extremely happy with the property. The comms were fantastic, there is a very detailed welcome pack including explicit directions on how to find the property. We absolutely loved our stay here and so did our 2 dogs.

Location good

Bedroom small as was the bed. Bathroom small although shower was excellent.

Everything nicely finished with lovely clean and comfortable decor and furnishings.

Couldn't find it! 🤣 Had to ask lady from library and show her the pictures! Slight smell of drains from ensuite ?, but understandable in small space ( and no major problem). No hot water on second night but lovely and hot with lovely shower prior to that.

Close to the beach, well equipped and cosy.

Parking was an issue generally.
