Very comfortable for the family including our dog. House inside lovely and the kitchen well stocked.

A bit neglected and very secluded. The outside definitely needs work. Previous visitors didn't pick up after the pets outside and neither by the cleaning crew.

Location , bed was comfortable . Like the fridges. Decor in lounge nice.

Couldn’t see the light whether armed or not. Too many keys to open. Bread bin was dirty. Kettle rusted. Gas hob was a problem. Flame weak and making a noise, shutters a problem if a fire should break out you gonna struggle to get out the house cause too many keys to have to open. Tiny kettle leaking water. The bar stools in kitchen too high. No shower door. Floor gets wet and 80 year old mother could slip. No Keyes in bathrooms and toilet. No privacy. Microwave too tiny for family if 6. No complimentary coffee and sugar. Should be standard. No soap in toilet ti wash hands. Cement floor too cold to walk on. Heaters against wall don’t work. Shower experience was not nice. Weak water and switch from hot to cold is not smooth. Stoep outside by Braai is uneven to walk on and don’t motivate you to go sit outside. You need ventilation in the house. And just complimentary goodies as mentions will be nice. Seeing there is a fireplace, at least supply some wood as there are no shops around. These are all small things that will make your stay so much more memorable. We travel a lot and get these things at other establishments. Especially country getaways like yours. Don’t mind to pay more to have these elements 100%.. I struggled to get hold of hostess regarding gas hob that was a real problem, needs maintenance. Need to be a 4 plate hob not 2 plate for 6 people to cook.
