The staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean It is a bit far from the city but that makes the place quiet, so it is not so bad.

The pictures they show do not reflect reality. The rooms are very simple and not very bright.

If you’re seeking a costly, makeshift hotel with poor service and management that acts as though your comfort isn’t important, Guru Sadan is the place to go. I journeyed to Ayodhya from Varanasi via Prayagraj, and after a long day, I anticipated an easy check-in process. The staff member assisting me with check-in seemed clueless about what to do. She had to summon another staff member, and there were several others in the office bombarding me with random questions, which made me feel quite uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy. Each of them appeared quite unprofessional. They informed me that they did not accept international cards and made me wait in the office while they figured things out. After some time, they claimed that they did accept international cards and attempted to process my card a few times, but it kept failing. Eventually, they realized they weren’t equipped to handle international card transactions. I was told that I needed to pay in cash upfront. Thankfully, I had Indian rupees, so I settled the bill then and there. I insisted on receiving a receipt/invoice because I was concerned they might assert that I still owed money to the hotel. The room we occupied wasn’t very clean and seemed partially under construction/renovation. The kitchen cabinets contained trash. We had to practically plead with the staff for assistance and repeatedly call the reception to follow up. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

1. Rooms are quite big, can easily accommodate a moderate family. 2. Staff are quite friendly.

1. Location is quite far from the Sri Ram Lalla temple. A E-rickshaw cost 100/- rupees one way. 2. Felt expensive, when compared to other options.

It was really basic room, and i had to book it as I didn't got the hotels I wanted to stay in

The dinner prepared on the 2nd night got delayed by 2hrs, in spite of calling them and letting them know 1.5 hrs in advance, that was bad!!
