We never ordered breakfast from the property because it was served only after 9:00 AM, whereas we required it around 8:00 AM. Therefore, the timings never matched our schedule. The location of the property is good, as it is conveniently situated between New Delhi and Old Delhi, making travel easier. However, the approach to the property is terrible. The first time we entered with our family, it felt as though we were entering a poorly maintained low-income residential complex rather than a proper hotel property. The overall first impression was disappointing.

The apartment is in very poor condition and the housekeeping standards are extremely disappointing. The bathroom tiles have visible stains that could easily be removed with proper cleaning. The taps, basins, and commodes all need refitting, as almost everything is loose and shaking. Although the kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, a mixer, and an oven, none of it appears to be properly maintained. In several places, the ceiling is damaged, and the peeling POP has been temporarily fixed using cellotape, which clearly reflects the lack of upkeep. Overall, the management should first conduct a thorough inspection of the property, improve housekeeping standards, and seriously consider renovating the apartment. The amount being charged is definitely not worth the condition of the property. That said, the dinner served was delicious, and the laundry service was extremely prompt and efficient.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was offering local insights, arranging transport, or simply checking in to ensure I was comfortable, their kindness truly stood out.
