Great place in the city. Rooms are good sized. Good facilities. Great way of getting in and out the property that made the access easy for us!
One of the bathrooms is extremely small so made it hard for us to move around in and out the shower (too close to the toilet bowl).

Accommodations were quiet and allowed us a good night of sleep. Location was great once we got there, but along way from our parking place outside the gate
Would have liked shampoo and soap for the bathrooms and an ice tray to make ice cubes. Everything else was good. Should have provided a warning to not drive to the apartment, as it is an ZTL zone.

Place was a good size for 5 people and was in a decent location.
The washing machine was broken, AC didn’t work so it was a bit warm, only had one soap dispenser in the whole place, no toiletries provided, and one of the shower drains was clogged up and didn’t drain well (the other was difficult to get into for an older adult).

The location was perfect; just a few minutes from Piazza del Campo, and a laundromat conveniently located just one block from the apartment.
About the only thing that could be improved would be to provide an additional set of keys. We were two couples not always doing everything together, so coordinating getting into the apartment was a bit challenging.
