Summer Breezes

Sea Breezes is a nicely decorated private apartment at the back of a larger home, with off-street parking, a completely separate entrance (door code secured), a well-appointed kitchenette, a sitting area, and a separate bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed. It is in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes drive from Tarpon Springs, and is very affordable and very, very clean. Our hosts had thoughtfully stocked the suite with everything imaginable - an abundance of extra toiletries, snacks and drinks, sunscreen, and more - all complimentary. We were only there one night, but it would be a nice place to use as a home base for a longer stay.

This little rental is perfect! I rate it 20 stars! It's small but meticulously clean and conscientiously appointed. It has absolutely everything you need and the hosts are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I've already traveled 5 times this year, staying in 6 different places and this was superior to all!

I liked everything about this place but have 2 small recommendations: a box of tissues and a couple of nightlights would be helpful.

The property was immaculate! The owners provided so many extras and the linens and towels were luxurious. We parked on the drive in a residential neighbourhood which was very safe. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We walked a block to the local breakfast spot The Broken Yolk where the waitress was very friendly and there was a wide choice of breakfasts. We visited Honeymoon Island, Weeki Wachee Springs and had a relaxing time.

Everything was lovely - nothing to dislike.

Very clean, great location for the event we attended. The owners literally thought of everything! If you forgot something, most likely it was there! Quiet neighborhood and very clean apartment. I highly recommend.

The drawer that held the garbage cans was a little loose but it was workable

VERY clean. Wonderfully nice hosts. Close to everything. They've thought of everything. Makeup remover, cotton swabs, and first aid kit just to mention a few things.
