Que a causa de una avería nos instalaron en un hotel y nos dieron una habitación triple , cuando éramos tres adultos, lo que resultó incómodo

La ubicación y el equipamiento general. El estado del apartamento está muy bien. El baño y zona de cocina. La habitación, aires acondicionados.

La hora del check-in. Si el piso está limpio a las 11 o 12 o 13.. no entiendo por qué no se puede entrar hasta las 16, ni para dejar maletas. Eché en falta algún tipo de mantel para la mesa. Los cristales de las ventanas están muy sucios. El sofá cama es muy incómodo.

Ми не змогли попасти в апартаменти через проблеми з роботою електронного ключа, але власники вирішили питання на вищому рівні і зробили нам апгрейд до вищого рівня номера в іншому готелі. Тому все чудово. Вдячні за якісне та швидке вирішення проблеми.

We had a fantastic experience with this accommodation in Valencia. Although there was a technical issue with the access system of the apartment, they handled it incredibly professionally. They immediately arranged an alternative stay at a beautiful hotel with breakfast included. Their communication was excellent and they turned a potential problem into a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for their hospitality and reliability.
