USUSOnce we cleaned the place to get rid of the noxious smell and ventilate by leaving the door open while we were there, we were happy to be out of the rain.
We called, texted and emailed several times prior to arrival in order to get the remote access code. We still didn’t have it when we arrived later than the estimated arrival time. Finally we got someone on the phone who insisted she sent it. Finally she gave it to us verbally and we were able to get in. It was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Property had roaches in kitchen and while I was cooking dinner they were crawling out of the walls and the cabinets.

Internet connection was the only issue we had.

Dirty… Full of mosquitoes. Window shades broken and filthy. Kitchen stove nasty with grease. Kitchen Trash can disgusting… living room sofas, filthy and when sitting on them you sink in. Very uncomfortable. Only 2 chairs to sit at table for 4 people. Bedroom furniture dirty. Front door lock’s, are very weak. Anyone could break in. We were not comfortable with leaving our belongings in the apt, while we were out trying to enjoy our outdoor plans.
