USThe price.
Front door locks were dug out with no plates. A very sketchy dead bolt due to the hole being mostly ripped away. And for opens out. Did not feel very safe. Couches were very uncomfortable. No lamps, only overhead bright lights. I could hear everything the other renters were doing outside.

I wake up at 4am for work and some guests were overly loud. So much so that the cops had been there

It was very unclean. In fact we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies. The headboard had grime caked on it and there were cobwebs in all corners of the efficiency as well as on top of the refrigerator. To make matters worse there were bugs flying in the shower and in the open area of the room. It was really difficult to eat because we spent more time swatting bugs away. All in all outside of the occasion, it was a horrible experience personally. I recorded a video of my girlfriend cleaning the headboard where you can visibly see it going from extremely dirty to clean, and I also took pictures of the cobwebs and the bugs as well as a video of the bugs in the shower. For what I paid, I would’ve expected better and probably will be trying to pursue a refund or a partial refund because I think it was totally unfair that we had to deal with those accommodations for the price we paid.
