The location was good , easy access to the center of town and boat connection. The host did help with quick communication and bringing items the next day for that we uplifted the rating. Comfortable for the price and altho getting in was a little of a pdf puzzel with codes, and doors and methods as long as your good with that it was a pleasant stay . Clean.

Kettle wasn't working on arrival but host did bring a working one the next day which we appreciated. We did think the property would have a kitchen as the photos implied that, so worth noting it doesn't, host did provide some plates after we asked. The elevator broke on the final day meaning it was difficult to get out/in for the night and morning, a helpful local resident guided our way out in the dark. It can be quite dark without lights walking across the Stairwells and easy to trip.(Which I did).

The location of the property is wonderful. Also, nice and cooperative staff.

We loved everything about this place! Charming and location for the price was perfect!!

Only thing I did NOT like was sending a copy of my passport through WhatsApp. I did not know who I was sending it to or if they would delete after. That did not feel comfortable. Also, we locked ourselves out after dropping the keys in the Box before leaving. I wish we would have been told all we had to do was push a button instead of waiting for someone to open the door for us.

It’s location

Very noisy at late night, the cigarets smell in the room is very bad, toilet smell is bad, the room is extremely tight

The room is well located, it is in the center of the city and you can reach all important spots walking. It has a fridge which was really convenient.

The room was too cold, the heater was not working properly. Even though the host told us that he would raise the heater, the temperature was not improved. If you are having trouble with your partner, this is the best place to go, because you must cuddle to be warm, this would definitely bring you back together. The kettle was broken, when we filled it up with water we realized it was licking, which it was really dangerous, because the heating base was all covered in water. Be careful not to hit your head when you get up or sit down on the toilette. For the check-in we were asked to send our IDs via Whatsapp which we didn't feel comfortable with. The city tax could only be paid with cash, with the exact amount (it had to be left inside a mailbox). Too expensive for what you get.

Central location, clean room.

We were in a single, bit run-down room, with a loud mobile airconditioner. Almost no space to store clothes (no shelves whatsoever), but a large chair and a table for 4, which seemed unnecessary for a small room. View to a wall, but still noisy from other airconditioners outside.
