Cribs and bed linen are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 20 per (child/person/bed), per night. The guest registration form must be completed at check-in with all guests' details for self-check-in. Providing guest details is mandatory in Spain. The house has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people, distributed across 5 double bedrooms and 1 with 4 single beds. Room allocation is adjusted according to the number of guests (2 people = 1 room, 4 people = 2 rooms, and so on), opening only the necessary rooms based on the reservation. If separate rooms are preferred, an additional charge of €20 per night per extra room will apply. This policy helps optimize cleaning, energy consumption, and property maintenance while always ensuring maximum comfort for guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
