FLORIT FLATS - The Canovas Apartment

Great location with all kinds of eateries catering for every taste. The apartment is tastefully decorated and comfy. Love the fact that there's 2 bathrooms.

It'd be nice to have an electric kettle but we managed to get by with a pot.

The apartment was large with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a generous living room, perfect for 4 persons. It was clean, close to the city center and to the City of Arts and Sciencies. It was very well equiped with everyting needed and even more: washing mashine, dishwaser, microwave, oven, all kind of pots, pans and kitchen tools, they even offered oil, salt, sugar and coffee. It was situated in a quite area, with quiet neighbours.

The pillows were not confortable and the flat needs a little renovation. The deposit of 150 eur in advance, but it was returned in 4 days after our departure. One bathroom had some issues, we couldn't close the door as it was constantly bloking when trying to open it and the shower was leaking to the neighbour below without our knowledge, until the poor guy knocked desperately to turn off the water.

The apartment is conveniently located in the very center of the city, in a beautiful historical area. Apartment is spacious with all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine.

Perhaps in the cold winter season, the presence of a heater will make your stay in the apartment more comfortable. And for persons with preference of home tea drinking, the presence of a kettle will not be superfluous.

Location is wonderful and the host was very helpful to order the taxi from/to the airport and supportive regarding the accomodation facilities.

Super Apt. for 2 couples: 2 independent bedrooms with attached bathroom for each one. Good equipped kitchen. Perfect super-big towels for body. Hot water without any problems, sufficient boiler. Location 12min.walk to M-Colon and 20min. walk to SCientific and Arts Center.
