Cormorant- Sea View, Couples Retreat

It was a cosy wee cottage which was extremely clean and comfortable. It was central to everything.

Instructions for reaching the property and the location was excellent and it was only a few minutes walk (albeit very steep) from the centre of Brixham. The view from the bedroom was great. The facilities at the property were generally very good.

Although we managed to park reasonably close to the property on each of the 4 days we were there it is a very steep hill from the road down to the property and would be difficult for anyone who had even moderate mobility issues. There were no spare bin liners, despite the instructions to place our rubbish out on collection day, and no spare toilet roll for use during our stay. Some complementary milk in the fridge would also have been appreciated.

Parking issues felt needed more lights on outside stairs at night and needed parking permits for guests also upstairs toilet door at night same colours as stairs quite dangerous at night if u took wrong door could fall down stairs

The views from the bedroom were fantastic and the property is outstanding we absolutely loved our stay. No faults at all, would highly recommend
