Asuntoon kuuluu alakerrasta musiikki aamu 3 asti ainakin viikonloppuna. Tämä todella iso miinus puoli muuten toimivaan ja hyvään asuntoon.

Huoneisto sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla, josta oli helppo liikkua Tampereen keskustassa. Suuri plussa oli kaksi kylpyhuonetta.

Makuuhuoneissa ei ollut ikkunaa, mutta sen tiesimme etukäteen huoneiston tiedotteista. Isommassa mukuuhuoneessa olisi voinnut olla naulakko vaatteita varten.
