THEA - Rooftop Seaview jacuzzi

We absolutely loved the rooftop deck and cold spa as the temps we over 30o. The sea across the road, so convenient..we walked into d town and markets. Easy. The apartment was well set up and parking right outside.

Absolutely stunning well decorated appartement with an enormous terrasse looking over the sea. You can watch the sun set from the jaccuzzi. The appartement is well appointed and we had enough room for the 6 of us. The air condition was very effective during the heat wave. The apartment is 5 minutes from gorgeous restaurants like the 7 thalassos, a quiet beach and about 15 minutes walk from the old town. Sokratis was lovely and left a bottle local wine in the fridge for us as well as coffee to get us started. We had a lovely stay there with our family. There is a small car park just at the back of the property so it was perfect

The detailed email description of the location & how to find the apartment was very good as was the key collection Arrived late really appreciated the water wine bread etc really nice thought as no where was open thank you The communication was very responsive when asked a question regarding the location and recommendations Appreciated the mid week cleaning of the apartment & regular cleaning of the hot tub The terrace was amazing with spectacular views of the bay. Sunrise & sunset were awesome. Loved sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset We loved the location very good restaurants close to us we particularly loved primo plonko excellent short walk to the supermarket & about 30 mins to the old town which suited us as like to be in walking distance but not in the midst of it Apartment was comfortable and clean with all that we needed inside I would definitely recommend

I would have liked sun loungers on the terrace only had deck chairs & table chairs. Which were ok but not very comfortable yes I’m a sun worshipper I appreciate not everyone wants to sit out but I do as don’t get the chance at home to there was plenty of room to accommodate I also missed an outdoor shower we had to wash before we went In the hot tub which we used during the day had to use the outdoor hosepipe line to do this I think more could have been done with the outside seating as it was spectacular but all the furniture was uncomfortable

This place was very convenient to Rethimno and the balcony was so big and a great part of the stay. You can come in after a long day of exploring and get in the jacuzzi to relax and enjoy the smells and breeze of the Sea. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

The location was very good - walking distance to the old town and right in front of the sea. Great balcony with jacuzzi! Super nice and kind host, who made our stay very pleasant and gave us great recommendations!

There's nothing missing from this place, even the main entrance in the building was enchanting with palm trees and beautiful flowers. It has balconies on both sides one of which is the giant terrace. The kitchen has all you need, the bathroom has a washing machine, you can't go wrong with this place. It's a 13 min walk to the old town and you'll be walking by the sea.

Again there's nothing not to like about the place itself however there are some buildings still in construction in the surounding area, no noise came from them.

The apartment was as described and shown in the pictures, and more! It was very cozy and welcoming, with AC in every room. The terrase is wonderful and the jacuzzi was perfect, clean and warm. The host was nice, leaving us everything that we needed in the apartment and a basket with something sweet and some local drinks and olive oil. Everything was very peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay. We fully recommend!💯
