The host was kind to allow us to rebook after our flight was canceled. The place was beautiful and clean.I would book there sometime in the future.

The rooms were cold. I asked for the heat to be turned up. And the host told me what to do.However, it didn't work. The thermostat was set at a particular degree and could not be increased.I would recommend portable heaters.

Parking and great location for Heathrow. Staff were also very quick to respond to messages.

Could benefit from soundproofing as we could hear conversations/footsteps from the flat above. Suggest the use of mattress toppers. Some basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, and pepper), additional tea/coffee supplies would also have been great since we (3 people) booked for a couple of nights.

Location

The bed was comfortable 5 staying in here only 4 beds made up, no instructions for pulling out bed. Pee stains on duvet only found after making the sofa bed up.. left on floor. Had throws in my car, cigarettes all over garden and in a soup tin outside by the bedroom door.. way to many emails sent people who deal with booking (home owner or workers very rude) paid damage deposit was asked again because they didnt link booking, had no confirmation need to ring to find out where we was going on hold for 45mins driving around London, wouldn't stay here again.. once I informed the home owner about the house i was told I didn't message during my stay.. like that matters..!! Waiting on deposit back for damages we'll see now because of this review...

It was clean and tidy. It had a great parking space.

Figuring out the front door, but we got there in the end.

The hosts were very approachable and prompt in replying to doubts and clarifications. It was easy to even book a charging session for my EV. Facilities in the flat were satisfactory for a short stay. We did not cook so cannot comment on the utensils.

The location was slightly a way off the nearest underground station. Whilst there is a bus available to take one there, this is an important point which could have been mentioned in the description (sorry if it was mentioned and I had not read it).

Clean and well designed

Minor things but would make a difference. - No peep hole - Cold air coming from under the front door to flat needs draught excluder. - Need a manual to control the thermostat . Doors slam - Hear other guests in the property - Should requested for downstairs as the stairs was an issue - Need a car to get to the shops

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and they gave us 1 bedroom with extra beds in kitchen/dining room. The customer service. Terrible. We requested an early check in at 11-12. They said it's fine then forgot to provide instructions. The woman hardly replied to messages regarding early check ✅ n. Ignoring me. We were on our way. After our call she said only can do ,2 hours earlier and £35 extra. We had no choice as was near the the property. We stuck in a car with 2 small kids because of the customer service mistake. The worst customer service ever

Behulpzame en snelle communicatie. Nette accomodatie.

We waren met 5 personen dus moesten even uitzoeken hoe de slaapbank werkte en waar het beddengoed was. Uiteindelijk helemaal goedgekomen.
