Loved the apartment but didn't like the residents smoking by the main door having to walk past and the, smoke coming in. But not the owners fault

Didn't like the deposit of 200 because it's not mentioned when booking only after you pay

"LIES!! GREED!! FRAUD!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

Absolutely nothing! Despite a good location and EV charging. This was a horrible experience

On our first stay the sofa bed was broken and unusable so we ended up sleeping on the floor. We contacted the owner and they ignored us. On our second stay. Our daughter was poorly and was sick on the bed. Despite us cleaning it up and informing the cleaner the following morning. I offered to replace the bedding, sending them pricing from Dunelm. These would have cost £50 maximum to replace. Instead, The owner billed us £250 for replacement bedding. Pillow, duvet and sheet for a single bed in a very basic white for a pullout bed. (Assuming they even did replace them and didn't just wash them, which I believe is probably what happened.) The owner and staff have since continued to lie about the terms and conditions of the security deposit and the costs involved. First stating it was in the t's +c's that any damage would be a minimum charge or £250 and nothing to do with the actual repair costs. On receipt of the exact same t's and c's it clearly showed this was not the case. And in annex b section 8.9 it showed any charge for damage would directly relate to the repair costs. They then changed their stance claiming the bedding physically cost them £250. But they refuse to show any proof of purchase. I believe they have fraudulently charged me £250 blaming a basic accident of a 5 year old girl. We have been chasing this for 6 weeks and kept getting fobbed off and lied to that the manager was in a meeting and would call us back. He has never once done so. I think it's a discraceful service and I warn anyone from staying here. This completely ruined our weekend. Purely down to someone's greed.

Property was good nice and clean but is uncomfortable.

property neighbour have a dogs we are can’t sleep all night.and when I booked the property it’s no mention that need every guest ID. That’s is unacceptable

It was a clean apartment, large open floor.

On viewing their page it showed 3 separate bedrooms, unfortunately, getting there, flat 5 was a so-called deluxe apartment consisting of an open floor with a twin bed and a bedroom with a double bed and 2 twin beds. Seeing it was late and a conveniently non-refundable payment, meant my husband and I slept in the same room with our teenagers. When I enquired about why the difference between what was advertised and what we got, Ana pointed out that it was a deluxe apartment. I guess she expected I should know. I would like to suggest, that it is explicitly written in their advert as a 1-bedroom deluxe apartment with beds for 5.
