They are day light robbers asking ID’s and deposit and after all they refuse to give check in and cancel reservation at the end.

Good location for us.

Not enough toilet rolls for 5 people. The mints were a nice tough but again 3 for 5 people 1 hand towel for 5 people No bath mat The bath was deep and a little slippery. Need a grab handle to exit the shower. Z bed was unusable. Springs falling off. Thin mattress. For the size of accommodation it would be more suited to 3 max 4 people.

The space was clean.

Difficult to find, difficult to access keys, no soundproofing and every sound carried, no tumble dryer even though it was advertised as having one. Bath plug leaked so the bath could not be used. Somewhat difficult to access services such as food outlets. Furnishings are all soft so wet items could not be dried overnight. No shuttle but they would book a taxi for us.

No shops nearby, literally in the middle of nowhere no transport link also would never ever stay again

The customer service is on top of you the whole time watching you every minute through the cameras

The apartment was clean and well set up. The 15 minute drive to Heathrow was a positive.

I am unsure if the flat above is also a vacation rental or a permanent resident but they would come down and smoke right in front of our open windows, no AC, and then they threw a party until almost 4am and when we reported it the police/council did not come shut it down.
