⚠️ WARNING DISHONEST HOSTS ⚠️ The appartement was dirty, the sheets were dirty and the bed was not set, towels and sheets were in the washing machine all wet and stinky! When we reached out about the cleanliness, the hosts told us the reservation doesn't show on booking when a booking confirmation with booking number was send with the 2 messages with the check-in instructions and direction! Then the hosts tried to make us cancel the booking as we were already inside the appartement and couldn't get a refund because check-in time was already past. Then stopped answering us on the phone and didnt propose any solution for our stay except canceling the reservation on our side, inwhich a refunded could not be granted. They told us they couldn't do anything on their side to cancel the reservation and tried to make us leave instead without offering any other options!

Lo chalet è caldo, confortevole e ben organizzato. L'atmosfera intima lo rende perfetto per le giornate di neve.

La posizione non è molto comoda.. 25 min da Aosta ( dove ci sono market, farmacie ecc) e 10 min da Pila ( dove ci sono solo le piste per sciare e un minuscolo market carissimo e poco fornito). Il palazzo è abbandonato a sé stesso, sporco ed emana un cattivo odore di fogna. Ciò che maggiormente non mi è piaciuta è stata la comunicazione poco efficace con l'host. Avevo posto varie domande prima di arrivare in struttura e non ho mai ricevuto risposta ( presenza di seggiolone, possibilità di anticipare il check in). Inoltre con booking la pulizia finale è già compresa ma per loro no, infatti non avevo controllato prima quindi è stato uno sbaglio mio, ho fatto un bonifico in cui si sono presi 15 euro in più non dovuti.. pazienza!

Tutto bene, la struttura è piccola ma adeguata per una settimana sulla neve con due figli piccoli. Se serve spazio si può chiudere il sofà.
